A NEW DAY

Last night Robin, Amy, and I went to Celine Dion. It was extraordinary! The dancers were amazing and her voice was phenomenal.

My brother-in-laws cousin does the spotlight for the show so we got in for FREE! And we got to sit in the lighting area which wasn't bad at all it's not any worse than the balcony seats. And we had a little t.v. to watch so we could see her face close up and when the stage was completely black the t.v. screen showed what was going on onstage(her changing outfits).

Then after the show we got to take Celine's personal elevator down and walk around the stage. It was awesome. Thanks Robin and Jake. If Mike fails I know I can always count on you guys...J/Kmike.(good thing he never reads this)

Lacey and Jordan

My little sister just left my house and I'm way sad. I love having family come and visit. We got along really well and I must say I was a little stunned. A lot of things has happened this past year and I'm glad to see Lacey so happy. And we really like Jordan. While they were here we ate out and went to Primm twice. Primm is on the state line of Nevada and California and has great shopping outlets. We had so much fun. No pics though sorry!

bummed

so this is what our backyard looked like last year, but this harsh summer killed everything. we are so sad all of our grass is burned to a crisp. and we had to plant new palm trees, and now connor won't go out there without shoes. i guess thats what we get for trying to have a utah yard in las vegas. i would post pictures of what it looks like but i'm way to embarressed.

This last weekend the Runnin' Utes played UNLV. And boy did they get stomped on! It was still fun to get out and go to the game, the weather was perfect, and the company was even better. Laura and Scottie's family came down to the game and stayed with us. Hopefully the Cougars will do better they come down in a couple weeks.

We met at a bonfire up Logan Canyon awwwwwwww those were the days. So technically you could say we met in college at Utah State, GO AGGIES!

I honestly can't remember, I was kinda shy so probably just "hi"

I don't remember this either I think to a movie...? We were best friends for a long time so we did tonz of stuff just the 2 of us before we were boyfriend girlfriend.

My apartment in Logan...Oakridge baby!

DID YOU HAVE A LONG OR SHORT COURTSHIP/ENGAGEMENT?
Like I said we were friends for like a year then we dated for 4months then engaged for 5months so both I guess.




WHERE DID YOU GET ENGAGED?
We went to dinner at the Coppermill then when we got back to my apt. it was decorated with rose pedals and candles. Then he popped the question.

WHERE DID YOU GET MARRIED?
Salt Lake Temple. May 12th 2004. BEST DAY EVER!!

HOW DID YOUR RECEPTION GO?
PERFECT. I loved every minute of it up til we left in a horse drawn carriage then the real reception started!!!!(to much info?)

HOW WAS THE HONEYMOON?
Best ever, we took a Western Carribean cruise, so we hit Grand Caymen Island, Jamaica, and Cozumel Mexico. Plus the ship was a blast. I think Mike had a good time he read 3 Harry Potter books.(while I laid out, he burns easy)
