Our Christmas thus far

I decided this year to go with a kid/fun tree. So we have snowmen heads, gingerbread, candycanes, etc. So I thought it would cute if we made a popcorn garland. Well, it is really cute but I dont think it was worth the time and pin pricks.

We have frosted sugar cookies and eaten so many that we go tummy aches

Ofcourse visiting Santa is a must every year.

And we decorated a gingerbread house. It was a pretty bad looking house but the boys did it all by themselves. It was all eaten the next day. (i think the boys have my bad habit of eating way to much candy in one setting) and yes chase is winking it was the only way he would be in the picture.

man camp

I was really sick of peeling 6 oranges a day so Mike decided to start "Man Camp". Every couple nights Mike takes the older 2 boys and teaches them how to be a man. It started with teaching them how to peel an orange, do push ups and shave. I will try to take more pictures. I'm trying to think of more ideas for man camp this is what I've up with:

-gather the grabage from the bathrooms,

-take out the trash

-unload the dishwasher

-fold the laundry

-ride a 2wheeler

and so on. Some of these Mike doesn't consider the "mans" job but if the Lord is only going to bless me with boys then they are going to have to do some "women" jobs

Chase hates hiking

Thanksgiving was so much fun. We went to St. George with the Roe's. Judi got 3 condos at Las Palmas. There was plenty to do swimming, football, paintball, hiking, scooters, and ofcourse shopping. We did lose Chase though, I thought Mike had him and he thought I did. We found Chase outside riding his scooter in the street with another kid and his dad. The dad said he had been out there for about an hour!!! Thursday night the women, Alicia, and Emdawg went shopping. We started at 10:00pm at the outlets, then Walmart at 12am, then Denny's at 2am then Target at 4am. We had so much stuff we had to drop it off and Alicia she was starting to feel sick. Then we went back out to Tai Pan then home at 7:30am!!! I have to say it was one of the funnest/funniest nights I have had in a long time. We spent Friday with my family. I absolutely love my sisters. I love being with family. I am so grateful for all the wonderful examples we have in both families.

Halloween 2010

I am the WORST at taking pictures. Poor Caleb has like 5. Anyways here is our Halloween. I can't even remember what we did. I know Connor and Chase each had little parties at their schools and parades too. Again poor Caleb didn't even get dressed up! I lost his costume (chase wore it 3years ago) and i didn't want to buy another one. The ward trunk-or-treat was a blast. We had so much fun trich-or-treating with friends.

Throughout my entire pregnancy with Caleb I felt like it was trial after trial. I found out I was pregnant while we were living in Lake Havasu then we were able to move home but not into our house, so we rented for a while. I absolutely hated the house we were renting. It stunk like smoke and animals, and the kitchen felt like a dungeon. I was soooo sick I remember I thru up 13 times in one day. It was terrible. Finally we were able to move back into our house ahhhh so nice. But right before we moved back home I had my first ultrasound. It was mixed emotions when we found out we were having another boy. Ofcourse we were happy that he was healthy and had ten toes and ten fingers. But I really wanted a girl, needless to say I shed quite a few tears that day. But in the ultrasound they saw a spot on the heart and that the kidneys were dialated. We had been through the spot on the heart before with Chase so we weren't worried in the least. But they sent me to a high tech ultra sound place. It was the scarriest day of my life. We were told that those two factors combined were indicators of Down Syndrome. After that I kind of tuned out I just wanted to go to my car and cry. The Dr. said there was a pretty good chance that our baby could be Down Syndrome! I left and sat in my car and cried and cried. Then I called Mike and cried some more. I tried not to look anything up online but I couldn't help myself. I knew no matter what we would keep the baby, and the baby would be lucky to come to a family that wouldn't abuse him and do everything they could to help him. I was coming to grips with it and there was still a really good chance he would be perfectly healthy. So a couple months go by then I have to go back for another ultrasound this time he said the spot on the heart was gone. Oh thank heavens! But he was still worried about the dialated kidney and now I had to much amniotic fluid. Oh boy. So the Dr. sits Mike and I down and says it's really important that we take care of this buy monitoring it and if he needs an operation we really need to get it done. Then he continued to say worse case scenario when he's a teen he will need dialysis and they tend to only live 4-5 years! Mike and I left in shock. I had to go every week to be monitored and have ultrasounds done. Well, Caleb was born perfectly healthy. His kidney is still dialated and he has to go every six months to have an ultrasound but so far so good. In the future he might have to have a littler surgery on his "plumbing" but we are just so happy and relieved at how things transpired. It was a really humbling experience and I'm so grateful that my Heavenly Father new what was best for my family

Back to School

Connor is in kindergarten and loving it. He really wants to ride the bus so that MIGHT be in the future. Chase is going to Flying Colors preschool and thinks it's pretty great. The night before he kept saying he didn't want to go but then on the way to school he asked "you're not staying, right mom?"

Caleb's Blessing

On August 1st Mike blessed Caleb. It was so such a sweet blessing and I feel so blessed to have a husband that has the priesthood. My mom and dad, sister Mindy and her family came. Mike's parents and sister Robins family were there and Emdawg! We love our Caleb and don't know what we would do without his sweet spirit. He is such a peaceful baby and Connor and Chase adore him.

Beach Trip

In August we headed to the beach with the Patricks started off BAD! it took us 3hours to go 30miles. But once we left Primm it was smoothe sailing. Our boys love to stay in hotels and it's so cute to see them walking along pulling thier own suitcase. We went to Laguna Beach and hung out on the beach for about 6hrs! The Thomsens showed up too and we can't forget Shauna she introduced us to the wonderful luxury of eyelash extensions.

Annual July trip to Utah

Every July we head up north to ZION! We visit with our Roe cousins and have so much fun. Bear Lake is always in the cards we LOVE it. Jeep rides, scooters, boats, hot tubs we can never get enough. We LOVE Utah.

Last spring we signed Connor up for Soccer. Compared to boring t-ball it was a blast. It was fast paced and he got to play alot. Ofcourse he was with his buddies Lincoln and Jack. Chase had a hard time just sitting and watching but his turn is coming up. GO EAGLES!

Caleb Michael

On Thursday I was 38 weeks and went to my Dr. appt. He stripped my membranes but just incase he scheduled to induce my that Saturday Morning. All day I felt contractions and made Mike come home early. Around 3 they got unbearable, so we took Connor, and Chase to the Marshall's. I didn't want to go the the hospital without a video camera so we went to Frys and bought one and then went to Subway all the while I was having bad contractions. Then off to the hospital we went. We got to the hospital around 5 and I was only dialated to a 3! So they hooked me up and monitored me for an hour then came back to check me but nothing had changed. Then the nurse went to get the discharge papers and when she came back I made her check me one more time and I had dialeted to a 6! So then I was admitted,and Megan Patrick came to the show. When Dr. Fleisher arrived I pushed twice and out came our Caleb at 2:34 a.m. on Friday May 21st. He weighed 7lbs and 6oz and was 21 inches long. The next day my mom and sister Minday drove down from Utah and Robin brought Connor and Chase over.

What a spitfire! We love our Chase and can't imagine life without him. At times he is very moody and stubborn but then he'll turn around and be the most bubbly and loving little boy. He loves his brother and wants to be just like him. He is very smart and can figure just about anything out. He was potty trained before 3 and we think that's amazing! We love you Chase! Wow! What a party! We had Darth Vader and Darth Maul show up and lets just say they weren't cryin cause they were losing the battle. There was no battle! All but 2 of the kids ran away scared, one locked themself in the bathroom. It was way to funny. Connor loved it. There was plenty of light sabers to go around and lots of action between the kids.

Happy Birthday Connor. We Love You! You are such a good kid, you make my life easier. We love how eager to learn you are and how much love you have for your brother. We can't believe you're 5!

The Holy Ghost

The other morning bright and early around 3 or 4 Chase comes into our room so I turn him right back around and put him in his own bed. Connor pokes his little head up and I tell him to go back to bed. Then around 8:30 Connor comes into my room all excited saying the Holy Ghost was in his bed last night. I asked him what did he say and he said "He sounded like you mom and he told me to go to bed. I felt him in my heart." Um he is the cutest kid.

I just got this diaper bag tonight. What do ya think? It's a purse on the outside and totally a diaper bag on the inside, and it comes with lots of handy dandy stuff. It was a bit pricey so I really have to decide if I'm gonna keep it. What do ya think and should I keep it?

Right now I have it soo easy. Chase just got potty trained! Yay no diapers for a couple months. My kids sleep in bunk beds and sleep through the night. I only make one thing for dinner. The kids help clean up, and can entertain themselves (most of the time). I have to do 1-2 loads of laundry a day to keep up and we do the dishes about twice a day(that's what happens i guess when you have no $ and can't eat out). But pretty soon everything is going to be turned upside down. I'm so out of baby mode. What am I going to do?

Um my husband is OLD! Just kidding but he is starting to freak out a little cause he thinks his hair is falling out. My parents were here to celebrate and his mom was here they day before. Chase's special day

Back in January Connor got invited to spend the night at his best friend's(jack) house. So I thought this would be Chase's one and only chance to have his very own day at Disneyland. So we packed up Friday night and then spent Saturday at the parks. He was in heaven. We let him eat and drink whatever he wanted, he chose all the rides and just had a blast. It was so fun to be with just him. We came home Saturday night so it was a real quick trip and when Connor found out he was ticked. But so worth it. We love our little Chase he is so funny and is constantly making us laugh. He thinks he's Connor's same size and thinks he can do everything Connor can do. Hopefully soon he'll get potty trained. We love you Chase.

Christmas

This Christmas was sooo much fun. My sister had twins and we got to meet and love them. We made to slc 5min prior to the annual bowling party. We had Christmas with Honey and Papa. The boys had so much fun. Our holidays keep getting better because Connor and Chase are understanding more and more and they remember from last year what to expect. The day after Christmas my mom and I couldn't take it anymore and wanted to find out what I'm having so we went to Fetal Fotos and sure enough they saw the little male part I didn't want them to find. I cried for a couple days but slowly it's growing on me. Then we headed up to Smithfield for the Roe's party. It's always crazy fun up there with over 40 people in 1 house at any given time. Mike took Connor snowboarding for the first time and he said he did awesome, and didn't cry once. We love going and visiting family and the snow but it's always nice to come home to warmer weather.

Halloween

I was so sick all of October and November so those months are pretty much a blur, I'm pretty lucky that my mom and Mike's mom were both able to come down to help us out with moving and just doing the day to day things.
Connor had to be a Jedi with a green light saber so ofcourse Chase had to be something to do with Star Wars and let me tell you he was the cutest Yoda I've ever seen. Connor was lucky enough to attend a school party, trunk or treating and then trick or treating and Chase went to trunk or treat and then trick or treating. Aren't they so cute! Good thing Mike was around to help them with carving pumpkins or else it wouldn't have happened.

It's been a while

Lots of things have changed since the last time I blogged. We moved back to Vegas (yes!)first into a rental and then back into the house we own. We found out we are having another boy due in May. A couple holidays have come and gone and Mike turned 30! So here come the pictures.

I have terrible morning sickness but it doesn't leave ever. I feel totally sick all day long. With Chase I got zofran but because we're moving and switching insurance companies I'm nervous to see a doctor. So my two questions are:
1) if I have insurance here in arizona but were moving back to nevada and our insurance is switching, could the new insurance not accept me if i'm already pregnant?
2) what are some remedies for morning sickness? So far the only thing that works for me is a diet coke and mcdonalds french fries but i really don't want to gain 100lbs so help!!!!

what we go through for babies, but we couldn't be more excited. I may not have a job or lots of money to contribute to charities, but I think the best way to contribute to society is by bringing children into this world and loving them and teaching them to be good people.

Girls weekend in L.A.

So much fun. Sleeping in Huntington Beach(thankyou shauna). Shopping on Hollywood Blvd. That puff of smoke is from the fires.

Eating at Toast. We asked our waitress if any famous people go there and she said we missed Kim Kardashian by 10min. She took out her reciept and showed us her signiture. It's funny cause the night before we decided the famous person we'd most want to see is one of the Kardashian's.

Legally Blonde the musical was FANTASTIC! I loved it. The Pantages Theatre is amazing.

Our trip wouldn't be complete without a visit to Ikea. This is how we drove home. Kiley and I squished in the back seat and having to switch places a couple times cause we both got car sick. But so worth it!
Overall we had a wonderful time and we're already planning our next trip. What broadway/musical should we see next?

Hopefully it won't be for that long, but Mike got a great job opportunity and I might as well tag along. We're goin to Lake Havasu Arizona. We don't have a boat but we would love to have people come and visit. I have a feeling I'll be pretty lonely.

The orginal London Bridge is there and beaches to play on. Our house will have a swimming pool so the boys will love it. We move on July 6th so how long does it take to pack up a house? And I'm probably going to go back to private(not that anybody looks at my blog) cause the town is pretty small. These are the three kernals of corn that were stuck up Chase's nose. The first one came out nice and easy with tweezers. I had to plug Chase's left nostril and blow through his mouth and the other two popped right out along with a bunch of snot. This is what happens when Mike has to work late, everything goes wrong.

On April 18th Chase turned 2! He is so cute and has such a cute personality. He pulls these faces that are so funny most of the time it's a scowl. He is talking so much. He is fearless he climbs on the monkey bars in the backyard and just swings, he loves roller coasters at Disneyland. He has got rhythm and dances all over the place. He is so much fun and I can't imagine what life would be like without him!
On Saturday we had a bbq birthday party. The weather was perfect and he had lots of friends come thanks everyone.

For a while Connor was the only one allowed to pray at our house. But then it changed to everyone but him could pray. So Mike and I have been working with him to say prayers again. Last night he did one all by himself and I thought it was so cute.
"Heavenly Father thank you for Disneyland, thank you for Chucke Cheese, thank you for Jack, thank you for friends, thank you for Megan, thank you for binkin(lincoln) Jesus Christ Amen."
So cute but we still need a lot of pratice.

Can you believe he's 4!

What a fun day we woke up had Connor's favorite breakfast cinnamon rolls. He had friends over all day long. Then at 6 we went to Chucke Cheese! So much fun. We ate yummy cake and Connor scored big with all his presents. Thanks Judi, Robin, and Megan for presents and helping me with the cake.

There are so many wonderful things about this kid. He is so full of life and wants to be part of the party at all times.
He loves to play video games, ride bikes, and jump on the tramp. He enjoys going to Sunbeams and learning about Jesus. His best friend is Jack and would hang out with him 24/7 if allowed. He loves his little brother, and Jack's little brother Coleman. He really wants mommy to have another baby...but he's gonna have to wait.

Last Weekend

We sure had a lot of fun, we went to Disneyland for our 7th or 8th time i've lost track. Chase went on his first rollercoaster ride, so cute he loved it. Our nephews were in heaven it was a cheerleading competition. We stayed in the Paradise Peir which is part of Disneyland and loved the early entrance.

We got home Sunday and that night we went to the Grand Opening of the M Resort! It was amazing the hotel is beautiful. We got to sample the different foods from the different restaurants, we took a tour of the spa, locals get a 25% discount, so I'll be back. I'm sorry to say there was no famous people I was really dissapointed. But it was still fun.

High Hopes

On Sunday we're going to the grand opening of the M resort here in Las Vegas. On our invitation it said it's a red carpet event. Now I'm sure there will be nobody famous but my friend who works for a hotel said at one of their grand openings in Florida Martha Stewart was there among other famous people. So it got me thinking and hoping that a certain someone will be there. Mike and I each have someone famous that we are allowed to kiss. I know totally stupid but if I ever come across Rob Pattinson I don't even care if i get a restraining order put against me I'm goin in for the kill. So here are our 2 exceptions. Kate Beckinsale for Mike and Rob Pattinson for me. (but if i ever see anyone famous that I think is hot they better watch out)

Yesterday was Mike's birthday. We had a fun day he got rock band and a pair of flip flops. He also got a new calling Sunday School 1st counselor. We love Mike so much and think he is a wonderful dad and Connor knows he can fix anything.

This is my beautiful little sister and her husband. This April will mark their 1 year anniversary! 5 months ago they surprised us when they announced they were pregnant. Honestly any baby of Lacey's will be so lucky she is so good with kids and loves them to pieces. Well on Monday we found out the little guy (Wyatt) didn't make it. We are all so sad, and today she will go in for a DNC.

Connor loved the parade and it was adorable. He started freaking out when he saw Santa!

Here is a typical Chase scowl but he was done by this point we waited for the parade for over an hour. Connor was loving my hot chocolate and Mike is just a hottie.

It was so fun to see it all dressed up for Christmas, and I was happy to see that they still said and wrote everywhere Merry Christmas.

We went with some friends that used to be in our ward and it was so fun! Our kids got along great Taylor and Connor rode alot of rides together. Thanks Wood family we had a blast.

We dicided while we have season passes to Disneyland we are going to see it all dressed up for the every holiday. We love Disneyland we'll be sad when our passes expire hopefully we'll get them again. It's only a 3 1/2 hour drive. Thanks babe we love you!

Thanksgiving

Our Thanksgiving was wonderful. Mike's parents got 3 condo's in St. George for the whole family. They were so nice (it's the same resort where they filmed High School Musical 2) Good job Nan on finding them. The kids had so much fun getting to know their cousins.

Twilight

I love Twilight! I've seen the movie 3 times just finished the book for the 3rd time. I downloaded the soundtrack and I love it. I've probably listened to it 20 times. Thanksgiving night my sils, John and I went and saw it...so much fun. We oohed and awed and swooned in all the right spots. My favorites are when all the vampires walk into the lunchroom and when Bella walks past Edward and they go to the meadow. Love it.

My brother in law posted this on our family website and I think it is really sad what our world has come to.

I have a very hard time listening to Democrats claim that everyone should get behind the president after the way they have divided the country and slandered Bush for the last 8 years. They didn't care that constantly threatening to pull out of Iraq made pacifying Iraq impossible. Obama and everyone else knows that its the hack job on Bush that got him elected. So I really don't think that Obama and particlularly Biden, Reid and the rest, can honestly expect the other half of the country to treat Obama any differently than they treated Bush. I totally agree with this. I wish McCain would have won I would feel a lot better about the future but now we just need to make due. So I will support Obama even though I don't want to. But I think we need to show the world we are UNITED!

This morning while Mike was changing Chase's diaper Connor goes up him and says's tauntingly "daddy's a mommy"

The weather is finally getting nice around here. So now we are taking to the usual summer activities like going on walks and riding bikes. So tonight we are on a walk and we here a bullet bike going like 100mph in a residential area, so I casually say "I hate that guy" so then the next thing we here is Connor saying "I hate that guy" repeated 3 times. I guess I really need to watch what I say. Then next we notice the guy on the bike is racing up our street so Mike yells "slow down" the guy flips around and comes over to us. He's covered in tatoos and gold cross chains. I honestly thought he was going to kill us. So Mike goes on to say "you need to slow down there are kids on the street." The guy(idiot) says "whenever I do this they're aren't any kids on the street" Mike is fuming and says "you just need to slow down" and then the guy punches him.
Just kidding but the guy did say that and then I tried to smooth things over and said "thanks bye" I really thought Mike was done for though.

So Mike and I were watching Barack Obama's acceptence speech (keep your friends close and your enemies closer) and this is what I heard Barack Obama saying.
"It isn't that John McCain doesn't care it's that he doesn't get it". He goes on to say that "if you're out of work republicans say tough luck your on your own. No health care the market will fix it you're on your own. Born into poverty pull yourself up by your own bootstraps even if you don't have boots".
For the first 7 1/2 years of Bush's administration the economy was doing as good as it's ever done until 6 months ago when congress went democratic did the economy take a dive.
I guess I just don't get why everything is the governments fault and why we have to look to them to fix everything. I think people need to take responsibilty and do what they can to make things better for themselves and people around them. If you thik going green is going to help the universe please do it. If you think raising your children to be honest and hard workers please do it. But don't blame anyone but yourself if things don't turn out the way you want them to.

Our Disneyland Trip

What a fun trip. We met up with my brother Friday night, had dinner and then went into the park. Then on Saturday we partied with the Marshall's (mike's sisters fam).
This was Connor's first time there where he made the height requirements for a lot more rides. We took him on Big Thunder Mountain he liked that. Then we took him on Tower of Terror and after he got his breath back he screamed and said never again. He like Soarin over California. And then Mike took him on Space Mountain and he hated that. But he did like Star Tours.

Book Review

I am not a book snob by and means, I love to read just about anything. Every once in a while a book comes along that you just fall in love with. I admit I was very much in love Twilight but not like this.
The book is Keturah and Lord Death. And it is amazing. The best way for me to describe is a mix between The Princess Bride and Meet Joe Black. The writing is beautiful. I read it in like 6 hours and most likely going to read it again before I have to return it to the library.

A few people have told me that this cute little guy is the best hugger. And I totally have to agree with them. He is totally addicting. He is so chubby that you can't help but want to pick him up and give him a good squeeze. The best part of it is he is totally ok with this and most likely will squeeze you right back. I love it! I can't believe how fast they grow up. With Connor I have to admit I wanted/needed him to grow up a little bit (he was so hard) but with Chase I want him to stay little and chubby. I love my boys and I am so excited for the years ahead.

I'm so excited for July the boys and I are heading up to Utah. Mike will be with us in the beginning and the end. So don't plan on me posting while I'm up there. We have parties planned and trips to the cabin. A baby blessing. My new nephew to meet, my best friend will be having her baby. Mike's brother and his family from D.C. will there. Can you PARTY! I'm sure by the end of the month I'll be ready to get back into our routine, not ready to come back to vegas just ready to have my own house again. I think Mike and I are really ready to move back to Utah. It's just the housing market that has us stuck here. And his job.

On Thursday my sil and I with her youngest and Connor headed to Disneyland. Her 3 older boys were at scout camp and she wanted to do someting fun for Dillon so she was headed to Disneyland. And as you all know I'm always up for a party so Connor and I jumped in on the action. I thought it would be kinda hard with the baby and no Mike to help. So Chase spent a 1/2 day at the office on Thurs. then on Friday he spent it with the Crouch family from our ward. They are such a great family and my kids adore their kids. Thanks so much you guys. So we arrived at Disneyland thursday night Robin and Dillon bought season passes and then we went and rode some rides.

ON Friday we spent to whole day there. On Saturday we were at the beach. It was so fun and relaxing with only 1 kid and no husband.

Greatest Show on Earth!

Last night we went to the circus with the Christensen's, Patrick's, and the Knight's. It was so much fun, worth the $10! Chase wasn't having the best time so at intermission Mike took him home (at 4:30 he woke up with 104 temperature). But Connor loved it. Like always I forgot my camera. But is was so much fun. Connor's favorite part were the tigers. Mine were the elephants. I think one of them was sick cause it had some serious diarrhea. But the littlest one was adorable it was like skipping around. Anyways every kid should go to the circus. Just don't buy any of the toys way to expensive.

I am so not into sports, I hate playing them and the only time I like to watch them is if I have personal tie to the team like school or family member playing. But last nights nba game was great. I don't know why I watched it but It was good. I told Mike after my beloved Jazz lost that I want the Celtics to win. Not that I really care but I just don't like the Lakers it's probably just Koby Bryant who I can't stand. But GO CELTICS!

Worst Mom

Last Friday we went swimming and I sprayed my kids good with sunblock, then we got out had a picnic then we got back in the pool but I didn't spray them again. So we have 2 sunburn kids that like to wrestle...not good. But today Chase's shoulder started to peel. I have a fetish for picking skin when it's peeling so it looks so bad. Poor kids. I promise to be better next time.

We had so much fun in Disneyland. Mike and I rode a couple rides by ourselves but who cares! Connor wants to live in a hotel. This morning he made a hotel out of his blocks. Chase is better at Disneyland than he is at home. He'll take like a 2 hour nap while we're walking around but here at home he won't even take naps.

Well another week has come and gone, nothing exciting has been goin on around here. I got the boys hair cut. I'll have to post pictures later but Chase really looks so cute before he had an old man comb over so wehad to shave it off. And Connor got his trimmed and when there is gel in it it's a frohawk. I have the cutest kids ever!

I'm pretty excited about my new cell phone which will arrive sometime next week. My sil, sister, nephew and I were all on the same plan and we were anxiously awaiting the time we could cancel our contract, and what happens when we called to cancel they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. The big talker is off the plan
(laura chatty cathy) so hopefully our bills won't be huge.
What we are most excited for is DISNEYLAND! Yep we are going again. Mike says we have to get our moneys worth since we bought season passes, and I don't complain. If anybody ever wants to join us just let us know.

Memorial Weekend

On Friday we decided to just lay low over the long weekend. The weather wasn't supposed to be good so we were just gonna do housework. So Friday and Saturday we did nothing not even housework. We did watch Over Her Dead Body two thumbs down, and National Treasure 2. It was good but not as good as the first. Then on Sunday right when we were gonna start to get ready for church Robin calls and says shes headed to Kanab then to Panguitch if we wanted to jump in. I love last minute trips cause then Mike isn't pinching pennies two weeks before we go. It was fun we had a bbq in Kanab with Jake's(my bro in law)parents then we headed to Panguitch to visit with Mike's parents and grandparents. It was freezing but fun. Connor loves the Red Canyon Indian Store. We visited Tom's grave then drove home Monday afternoon.

My little Connor is just so cute. Today while getting ready for church he saw me in my skirt and said "mom you look like cinderella!" I'm hoping it was when she was at the ball and not while she was the maid. He can be so cute and loving then he'll turn around and say "mom I pulled your finger now fart" he is such a boy.

And Chase is getting so big I can't believe he is 1! He is starting to walk a lot more but still falls ALOT! The other day he said "thank you" of course it didn't really sound that clear. But I understood it.

We love Disneyland! I'm so excited we get to go back Mike says as soon as next month. Connor's favorite rides were Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear, and Matterhorn. Chase was great took naps in the stroller and everything. Connor was a little monster. Hopefully that will get better.

We are getting so excited, this Thursday we are heading to California and then on Friday and Saturday we are taking are 2 boys to DISNEYLAND! Connor has never been and his best friend Jack has been like 10 times! Mike hasn't been since he was little and it's been a good 5 years for me. But to make sure we do Disneyland right we are going with the Patrick's who are pros. Connor is so excited I've been showing him the rides on Disneyland.com and Youtube.com so he is ready. Everyday we head out the door he asks "We going to Disneyland mom?" Then on Sunday we are having lunch with Goofy then heading home. So it should be lots of fun!

Today our little guy turns 1! I cannot believe it. Time goes by way to fast. Chase is my snuggley baby he loves to cuddle but under no circumstance will he fall asleep while you are holding him. In the beginning he seemed to get sick alot, but once he got tubes in his ears he's been the best baby ever. He is so good and lots of times will just crawl and not even make a peep. Lately he's so fun he says mama, dada, thank you, no, and he points his finger and says oh! he loves waving good bye. One of his favorite past times is to crawl up the stairs and just yesterday I saw him come back down two. He has such a sweet spirit for a long time he would just take whatever Connor would dish out but now he's fighting back and it's so funny he'll scream this high pitched scream and then just attack. I love my boys so much and wouldn't trade them for anything. All of his newborn pictures are on Mike's computer so I'll post those when he gets home.

Today Robin and I went to Town Square huge shopping. We take Las Vegas Blvd home and it's a pretty busy street. The traffic comes to a complete stop and what do we see 2 ladies crossing the street (it is a cross walk but there is no light) anyways these ladies are crossing and one is totally gimp and limping and walking so slow while she pushing a wheel chair. Then in the middle of the street they drop something. It took them forever to cross, but it was pretty funny we were laughing. Who pushes a wheel chair across a huge busy street limping and walking slow while there is another lady there to push her?

WOW- I am in need of a VACATION! With Chase being sick and piano lessons and Connor being stuck in the house for a week. I am ready to go away. But by cute little Chasers is doing so much better he is taking a really long nap as I type. And Connor was over at Kiley's today and she said he was being so good, sharing and helping her with Hadley. I love life when my little boys do what I want when I want. They are so worth the hard times though and I love them so much.

Now I'm gonna cry and do some serious butt spankin. As I go to download pictures of the boys I find out that they are gone. So anyone out there with computer skills I need help.

Frustrated!!!

Since last Wednesday Chase has been throwing up and has had way bad diarrhia. I'm getting sick of cleaning it up but I can handle that. What I can't handle is Chase constantly wanting to be held, and not eating, and not sleeping. I mean how long can this last for? We are in the middle of switching insurance so I don't have a Doctor right now, so I decided to take him to the urgent care...BAD idea. I was there for an hour waiting for them to call us back and then another hour in the room waiting for someone to see us. Meanwhile Chase is having a fit. He doesn't want to be held and then he doesn't want to be put down. He hasn't eaten all day and he missed his nap so he was WAY cranky. Anyways there we are for 2 hours Chase is freakin out so I just left. I'm so frustrated. I hope he just gets better from here on out cause I can't handle this.
